The new Speedmax 80 Double Poling Sprint is specifically designed for the unique demands of double poling. Its characteristics and stiffness are ideally matched to the double pole technique and enable efficient power transmission and optimum gliding without the use of climbing wax. Innovative Cold Base Bonding Technology for optimal wax absorption and grindability means even more speed. The shorter ski allows racers to draft more closely off skiers ahead of them. To protect the base, a thin layer of wax is applied to the skis which must be removed and brushed off before the first use.
